Eye Wish Eye Would Find an Eye
Last night I logged in to find chat lag unbelievably slow, which really makes a chatterbox like me very sad. I’d send Mutz a tell, and it was so slow, I’m still waiting for his response!
Mutz and I got on the guild raid last night and we all did some eye farming for the Godking raid, part two. We needed two eyes last night, and for a long time, it looked like we were going to come out of there having made no progress.
We did pick up some eyes early on, but they were eyes that we already had. Rorrak launched himself up to Spiregaze using the recoil sentinels, and after about a dozen tries, he finally got in range of the ghostly bird. I actually think he was missing on purpose because that ride looked like a lot of fun.
We needed the luna and uzu eyes last night, so we went round and round doing the ring events that could possibly spawn the nameds we needed for those eyes. Along the way we did the Flayer of Judgement event for an extra Yeux eye.
Up the wall, down to the bridge, through the water, around the bend, over and over and over. It was pretty tedious, but I love the look of the zone, and at least we’re moving, unlike many old EQ timesinks where you’re just sitting there over and over waiting on one spawn in one spot.
Just as we were about to wrap it all up (pun intended!), we got Golithian to spawn!
Now we just need one more eye, and even though we couldn’t get that one to spawn last night, I heard we’re looking to just buy one. So if you are on Guk server and read this and have an extra uzu eye in your back pocket, look us up. Send all offers to Mutz.
