SUWT #59, and A View From the Top 7 (and bonus minicast!)

I’m borrowing a page from John (The Ancient Gaming Newb’s) playbook on how to be a prolific blogger:  rule # 629 – make an entry that promotes the podcasts you do!  It’s quick, painless, and counts towards your blog totals!

I actually have three shows to promote this week.  First, Adam and I had a chance to talk to Brian Green, of Psychochild’s Blog, for our latest episodes of A View From the Top.  It was such a great conversation that we decided to edit it into two shows, because there was just that much goodness in it!

The second is good old Shut Up We’re Talking.  Darren and I talked to Bill and Marty, and had a great time discussing DRM and Eve news.  After fighting off the urge to dive into Deep Space (and suffer the lack of sleep and complete absorption that would probably follow), we wrapped up with Darren challenging me to a bet on the Olympic Men’s Hockey gold medal game.  I’ve watched .2 seconds of the olympics (poor luge guy ouch!), but couldn’t walk away from a challenge to my patriotism.  So now I owe him a drink at GDC.  I say double or nothing next time Canada faces the U.S. in, well….pretty much any other sport, eh?
